Recieved phone call that engine was not assembled and would need to be built, 1-2 weeks out. Emailed after 3 weeks and advised engine was to be shipped by end of week. Phone call 2 weeks later and engine still hadn't shipped and was not yet ready. 6 weeks after order engine is still not on its way. Date of experience: 26 April 2022.
